Wir versenden innerhalb Deutschlands & der EU als Großbrief mit der Deutschen Post.  

Versandkosten: Kostenlos (innerhalb Deutschlands)
Versanddauer: in der Regel 2–6 Werktage  

Verpackung & Versand:  
Jede Bestellung wird in der Regel innerhalb von 48 Stunden nach Zahlung sorgfältig von Hand verpackt und verschickt!

Lieferung außerhalb der EU:  
Zurzeit nur auf Anfrage möglich – kontaktieren Sie uns gern! 

 

Alle Lieferzeiten sind ungefähre Angaben und nicht verbindlich. Versandverzögerungen, die außerhalb unseres Einflussbereichs liegen (z. B. durch Post- oder Wetterbedingungen), liegen nicht in unserer Verantwortung.

Das Risiko des Verlusts oder der Beschädigung der Ware geht mit Übergabe an den Versanddienstleister auf den Kunden über.

shipping policy

We currently ship from Berlin, Germany. Shipping is handled by Deutsche Post and is free of charge for the customer (within Germany).

Orders are usually processed and shipped within 48 hours. Delivery time within Germany is usually 2–6 business days. Shipping times to other EU countries may vary depending on the destination.

Please note: These are estimated delivery times and may vary slightly due to external factors (e.g. public holidays, customs, logistics delays).

We do not currently offer international shipping outside the EU. 

If you have any questions or special requests regarding shipping, feel free to contact us via the contact form. We’re happy to help and typically respond within 24 hours!

All delivery times are approximate and non-binding. We are not responsible for shipping delays beyond our control (e.g. due to postal issues or weather conditions).

The risk of loss or damage to the goods passes to the customer upon handover to the shipping service provider.
