Sie haben das Recht, binnen 14 Tagen ohne Angabe von Gründen diesen Vertrag zu widerrufen.
Die Widerrufsfrist beträgt 14 Tage ab dem Tag, an dem Sie die Ware erhalten haben.

Folgen des Widerrufs:
Wenn Sie diesen Vertrag widerrufen, erstatten wir Ihnen alle Zahlungen einschließlich Versandkosten unverzüglich und spätestens binnen 14 Tagen zurück.
Sie tragen die unmittelbaren Kosten der Rücksendung.

Return / Refund Policy
You have the right to cancel this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
The cancellation period is 14 days from the day you or a third party named by you (who is not the carrier) took possession of the goods.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (info@sunsetandmartini.com), [your name], [your address], [your email]) by means of a clear statement (e.g., a letter sent by mail or email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract.
You may use the Model Withdrawal Form, but this is not mandatory.
Consequences of Withdrawal
If you cancel this contract, we will refund all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (except for additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), immediately and at the latest within 14 days from the day we receive notice of your withdrawal.
For this refund, we will use the same payment method you used for the original transaction unless otherwise expressly agreed with you. You will not be charged any fees for this refund.
We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier.
You must return or hand over the goods to us immediately and in any case no later than 14 days from the day on which you inform us of the withdrawal. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the 14-day period has expired.
You bear the direct cost of returning the goods.
You are only liable for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling that is not necessary to check the condition, properties, and functioning of the goods.
